Progressive Personal Training offers a complimentary visit where we assess your goals, posture, and current fitness level. 

When other personal trainers guide their clients through the same workout routine as all their other clients, the clients may not be getting the most effective routine that meets their individual goals or needs.  

Besides listening to our clients and working towards their goals, we also work on the goals of which they may not be aware.  As our careers and lifestyles become more sedentary, our bodies adapt to become more efficient to that way of life.

Progressive Personal Training has studied to recognize and help improve incorrect posture to enhance the way you look, appear more confident, and protect you from the injuries associated with bad posture such as back, knee, shoulder, and neck pain.  Our trainers put the personal back in personal training.
