I have worked in gyms and weight loss centers for seven years before opening Progressive Personal Training in 2006. I have helped hundreds of people get healthier and reach their weight loss and fitness goals naturally. Strength and weight loss does not have to be complicated. Workouts do not have take hours every week and diets do not require a spreadsheet. My workouts are short and intense with using only the most effective exercises. My diet program requires no tracking of calories and uses your favorite foods.
Education and Certification
Marc earned his BS in Biology and has been a NASM-certified personal trainer for over 10 years and has a Crossfit level 1 certification. He has a martial arts background and has summited various challenging mountains, including Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa and Mt. Elbert in Colorado.
